Brief of Chairman
Weiguo Liu was born in November 1964, china. He is not only a professor and doctoral tutor, but also the current President of Xi'an Technological University.
Dr. Weiguo Liu graduated in Electronic Science and technology of optoelectronics, Xidian University. He got his master's degree in 1988 and PhD in 1995 in Xi'an Jiaotong University with the focus on microelectronics and solid state electronics. He served as a teacher, deputy director, director of Department of optical engineering, director of planning and development in Xi'an Institute of technology. He had been holding the post of assistant dean from from Oct. 2003 to Nov. 2015, and became (Xi'an Institute of Technology) vice president, in Dec. 2015, Xi'an Technological University
